Fried up in a pan or grilled on a grill, that is delicious.

Same with kielbasa. Only had it baked with sauerkraut until recently. Grilled is an entirely different phenomenon

Yep, kielbasa is good, similar also to knockwurst. I am now partial to smoked polish sausage or linguisa if I am in a spicy mood. Linguisa with white rice, black beans and cilantro is a simple flavorful meal.

Only had bratwurst. May have to look into this hispanicolish looking thing
