Same with kielbasa. Only had it baked with sauerkraut until recently. Grilled is an entirely different phenomenon

Yep, kielbasa is good, similar also to knockwurst. I am now partial to smoked polish sausage or linguisa if I am in a spicy mood. Linguisa with white rice, black beans and cilantro is a simple flavorful meal.

I like scrapple too. It has a weird traditional attraction with me. Like I'll crave it, then I'm like, eh, but I still destroy it. Need the right mustard.
