Here is how I feel about Restaurants, Waiters and Waitresses. I never dine out. They can kiss my ass and my Rolex. This is and always has been somewhat parallel to organized panhandling. A Doorman gets an annual tip from tenants and they provide services that are 10x more personal and valuable to these fucking little cretins who demand like half of that annual tip for bringing some plates from a kitchen. Very early on I figured out Applebee’s and the like received ALL of their product frozen or bulk from the likes of Sysco. My local neighborhood bar has always sourced local as much as possible. Same wait staff for years. No blacks, no whiny purple hairs, lazy people never stuck around because the owners knew how to manage. Quality vs. fake prestige wins for me every time.
