I could never eat that because the spice itself is never good just painful so that is out. I would for the crawfish add more butter so there is a layer of melted butter on top to roll the crawfish in before eating.
I'd also use or add to this crumbled feta cheese, smells like shit but tastes amazing when melted into something.
I agree with you on adding the feta cheese, it's a good addition to any mac. I've never had crawdads before though, so I would probably opt out of the cajun seasoning as well just to get a taste for them first.
If you like feta then try feta and cheddar cheese together on a burger, it's the best of both worlds of flavor at one time plus the combination on top of that.
That flavor combination sounds amazing, I knew I should have gotten some ground beef when I went to the market earlier.
Crawdads are a mix of shrimp and crab. Very good.
That's kind of what I was thinking, though I wasn't sure with them being freshwater. I'm intrigued now and really want to try them.
