one whole article for just this sentence:

And I don't really buy the whole premise of the article, that cooking a turkey the "traditional" way is wrong. People have been baking/roasting whole chickens and turkeys the "traditional" way for centuries, it's not really rocket science. This is just more crap to drive the concept that "traditional" is wrong and you must do something NEW! Whether it is cooking, education, gubmint, walking, dressing, showering, etc., the whole idea is to get people to think that the "old ways" are not good and we need to change. Gotta "re-imagine" EVERYTHING!
