While the food looks great. I might hit up the first one next time I'm in Tucson. What pissed me off was the second business owner. He is an American Success story. Going from a food cart to multiple restaurants and over a 100 employees. What do I see. His Henco in Mexico tattoo... Nothing about America. Funny why is he here? Why not open restaurants in Mexico?
I fucking hate how all spicks claim Mexico. YOU SHOULD BE CLAIMING AMERICAN. Go live in Mexico if its so great.
I hear you but every culture going back to the beginning who has come here retains some level of identity from their roots. Its OK to have pride both in where your culture came from and where it is now. My family goes way back to Europe and we still identify with those roots, celebrate traditions, cook the food. That's what America is all about and what makes it the greatest country worth fighting for.
