Last bottle of avocado oil from sams club we got was fake. It’s rampant in the industry, if only we collectively formed some sort of governing body that would regulate and verify products in the market...

If we had a real FDA, they would be periodically and randomly testing things like olive oil. When fraud is found, all the manufacturer should be forced to recall all the bottles and destroy them. However, our FDA wants us sick so they can profit off of their drug patents. There is also problems with putting things like lead!!! in turmeric supplements. So much so, it is advised that people use a lead paint test (available at most hardware stores) to verify that it is lead free.
