If you’re trying to keep your carb intake to a minimum, but you have a guilty pleasure for rice, try substituting it for cauliflower. A single cup of rice will have about 45g of crabs, while a cup of cauliflower will have roughly 5g.
Using this cool hack, I’m still able to enjoy dishes that call for rice without actually having to feel guilty about the carbs. Even cooler is that it tastes just as good if not better than regular rice, unlike those faggot vegan recipes that try to replace meat with crap that tastes terrible.
