I'm wondering why people claim that veal is better than beef. I have tried veal, and in comparison to beef it's basically insipid. Since my taste buds are working fine, I don't understand why somebody would prefer veil to beef.

I like veal pelmeni and some Russian veal salamis over their beef versions, but for steaks or burgers it's beef all the way.
