I'm wondering why people claim that veal is better than beef. I have tried veal, and in comparison to beef it's basically insipid. Since my taste buds are working fine, I don't understand why somebody would prefer veil to beef.

I never found veal to be better than a well prepared steak. However, once I got to eat authentic Kobe Beef. It was fantastic. Expensive, but frankly not worth it over a well prepared steak.
