We went to the Cattlemen's in Redding on Sunday, the bread was fresh-baked and still hot and fluffy on the inside, and crispy on the outside. The butter was soft enough to spread, and it took a lot of self-discipline not to say yes to a second basket for the table. But there was beef to be eaten!
