Of course! We use ghost peppers and carolina reapers for heat.

You.... don't mess around! I prefer the Reaper, it grows on you as opposed to the initial blast of the Ghost

Oh fuck yeah. That's my kind of heat, and now you have me a little bit jealous. I'm not a huge fan of the jalokia's flavor though. Reapers are pretty good though. Have you tried the Reaper Sauce from Dave's? Burns like hell, but the flavor is great.

No, haven't tried it. We make our own hot sauce with peppers from the garden. Just bottled a batch yesterday that fermented for six months. It's FIRE!
