its the best source of iodine, packed with magnesium (essential for bulking muscle) and a a load of other nutrients, including the trace nutrients that are getting harder and harder to get in your diet

my seaweed of choice is sea lettuce, its grows all over the world, its got a really strong flavour thats off putting on its own but it makes a great seasoning, you also get your daily recommended magnesium from just 3 grams of sea lettuce

to prep the stuff so its easier to use simply spread out on baking trays and cook on a very low heat until the seaweed can be crushed in to small flakes, then simply store in a air tight pot and use as needed, at first i hated the stuff but there must have been something in it my body needed because i just cant get enough of the stuff now

sea asparagus from hawaii is very nice.

kelp can be good if cooked right too

the 2 most important things imo are parsley = highest source of vitamin A for the liver... and beetroot which is the best source of potassium for muscle contraction (the leaves).
