get yourself a pair of aeropex headphones and mp3 every motivational shit you can find and use that to keep running. works for me and i am one fucked up CUNT.

if you want to go hardcore... live on carrot and celery juice... 4 eggs... 1 avocado and 1 steak daily... and run 10km everyday plus do calisthenics. 1 month and you'll be unrecognisable.

if you feel like a fat bloated fuck... nothing works better than fasting.

My eating window (I refer to it as intermittent eating) is 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

works for me. spacing last and next meal out by 18 - 20 hours.

if you find hunger or craving taking over... having steamed broccoli with diced garlic fried in olive oil won't hurt.

load up on eggs and avocado before you start fasting and that makes it easier

I’m seeing people recommend running and I gotta disagree - running kills your joints.

Calisthenics is actually all you need if you fast and go keto. The weight just melts off.
