Then again, apparently they use antibiotics and hormones on most of it in the west, so maybe eating estrogen rich GMOs is the better choice.

ABF free meat (in general) is more cruel, if anything, because instead of giving the animals medicine, they just let them suffer for no other reason than to appease some random soccer moms.
