It's useful to have rules for unhealthy foods. Make your children learn discipline in order to limit unhealthy food only to Saturday and Sunday. I mean like sweets and salad dressings. I've tried it on myself and it really works. I quit consuming unhealthy foods during the working days, after a year my body is thinner and works better now.
