If it's any consolation i did the lamb with an asian flavor...soy sauce, honey, orange zest and juice, garlic etc, but the turkey...I went curry powder, fresh ginger, cilantro in both..Lol

Fresh lamb in an American market isn’t gamey really at all.rather ,mild. My wife won’t eat it, so maybe you have ovaries? Kidding. She spent time in England, where they do it all wrong.
