Wise Foods: 7/10, good overall, lots of variety, probably second best when it comes to food quality

Augason Farms:7/10, tastes good, not much variety, they have trouble restocking their inventory

Legacy Foods: 6/10, not much to say, the food quality is subpar

Personally, I like Wise and My Patriot Supply due to food variety, veggies, meat, etc. With the exception of Legacy, one brand tastes as good as another. It boils down to personal preference. Hope this helps frens.

Not sure on calories but as far as the best quality food it will probably by Numanna, with Wise being a close second. My Patriot Supply is one of the most affordable?
