Hi everyone,
In order to keep the costs down and still be able to eat I usually cook a pound of ground meat (beef, turkey, etc), veggies usually green beans, rice and some seasoning. It isn't anything elaborate but you get a little bit of everything and it won't bankrupt you. Lunch and dinner can be done like this. Breakfast I eat 4 eggs, a whole avocado, a slice of toast with jam and coffee. Snacks I have nuts, cottage cheese and crackers, etc. Hope this might be helpful to some folks. Thanks.
