that means ur body is doing the right thing and telling u that sugar is bad. I've been without caffeine for like 2 and a bit months and got some a few days ago and like 18 hours later was still awake and freaking out a bit.. coulda been the caffeine and the sugar but yeah.. Guessing if you had some fruit or berries or somethin, the fructose in it wouldn't do the same thing would it..
Fructose is metabolized in the body differently than glucose and as a result has different, and worse, metabolic consequences. However when consumed as fruit the negative effects are negated, it's something to do with the fiber. So fruit and berries are fine. Whereas fruit juice, sucrose (= glucose + fructose), HFCS, and etc. are bad.
