How much do they charge for delivery? Do they keep the food warm?

I have The Dash Pass which is 10 dollars a month. You get free delivery for anything over 12 bucks. Without it, you are looking at anything between 2 to 5 dollars depending on the place. As far as keeping the food warm, that completely depends on who is delivering your food. They have bags that keep the food warm, but alot of drivers don't bother using them. With that said, if your food is ice cold, you can complain to Door Dash and they might give you a refund. I've gotten so much free food from them over the years because of them fucking up my order.

They should have warming devices to keep the food in during delivery.

They should, but they probably don't to cut down on costs. I'd imagine they have a ridiculously high turnover rate. It would be too easy for drivers to keep those devices after quitting.
