A lot of bad advice in this video. Notice how the only time they show the water swirl is when they talking about swirling the water? Did you notice how the egg in the swirled water got all stringy? Then there was several more minutes of video with lots of eggs going into water and none of it was swirling. The advice is so bad that they did not even do it for the rest of the video.
