Honestly I like a couple chunks in my mashed potatoes. So the two higher levels I looked at and thought well the gravy looks good but I don't think I'd like it all that creamy. Also needs more garlic.

When my wife uses the smallest homegrown potatoes, she leaves the skin on. I like that a lot. She doesn't. And, yeah. Some potatoe chunks are pleasant.
