there is nothing in between, so he could slice prior to cooking it. a ribeye roast is different, and dino ribs (i guess those are the 3-4 of the cage) dont know cuts as well on cows as i do pigs

It’s a cut of ribeye. With a long bone attached. Definitely use the bone for stock, but after you grill or otherwise cook the beef for consumption. Yum!

so they just cut out the bone for the roast? awwww im seeing it now. i dunno, thinking about it just makes be hungry
