Sweat lodges are awesome. I tripped balls inside one when i was younger. I understand how the creation myths came about at least an understanding that makes sense to me
I like the philosophical implications and I sometimes will wonder why they reached the conclusions they reached. I sometimes try to step back and wonder, "What were they thinking when they decided that this was the truth? How did they come up with this?"
They tried to explain things using their limited knowledge and alot of drugs
Oh, I get that - and I've done a phenomenal amount of drugs, enough to make Keith Richards nod approvingly, but that doesn't really explain it to me. Unfortunately, I can't ever have their perspective - even with a ton of drugs in me.
Hmm... I'm not doing anything this afternoon and I have some blotter in my freezer.
