Yacov Jacques Levi, 50, was arrested on Wednesday afternoon after he allegedly charged at a man who simply told him he could not sit on a chair intended for residents at the Solimar condominiums in Surfside, according to an arrest report filed in Miami-Dade County. He then got naked. Abrahan Soto told Surfside Police that Levi became 'irate' after he was told he could not sit on one of the chairs.
