From the post:

>A 55in fish died after it was ripped out of a lagoon at an aquarium by two men who snuck in hours after closing, officials said. Derrick Lee Vivian, 25, and 20-year-old Christopher Jeffrey Smith were charged with burglary and removing a tarpon greater than 40in in length from the water. Surveillance footage showed the suspects entering Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters in Marathon at around 2.50am on May 25, an investigation by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) found. The anglers fished in a private lagoon and, after wrangling their catch, posed for pictures with the tarpon for five minutes, it is claimed.
