Developers are one step below undertakers. They are ALL in bed with planning/zoning. Also, the fact that it's gotten this far is a sure sign the developer hasn't done their due diligence. Take the largest offer, cash the check, and move before the developer declares bankruptcy and he's suck beside a dangerous muddy lot with all kinds of hazards.
