I'm not sure. Mutual combat is against the law in just a few states(i'd bet it is legal in Arkansas), and I think one could make the case this is that.

That said, the whole "operating a firearm while shitfaced" is usually frowned upon.

Probably counts as preventing suicide. I don’t think it’s technically illegal, unless they did it in public.
