The impact to COA rules has been huge. Every condo association in the state that has units of three or more stories is affected, if they were built before 2024. (I think that's the cutoff year.)

Never in my life will I buy a condo or a property with a HOA (again).

If I am forced to for various reasons I will take the whole fucking place over and disband it.
