On Tuesday, police chief Eric Winstrom said that it was believed that the older sister climbed a fence into the property before letting her sister through a gate. He told a press conference: 'Not only do they have a privacy fence for the backyard, they have a fence for the pool specifically to keep young kids out.' Winstrom said the neighbors were not at home at the time and that the yard was 'exactly what a safe backyard with a swimming pool would look like.'

Fuck you. If they tried to sue me I would sue them back saying "Why the fuck were they illegally on my property".

I feel bad for the parents but The home owner has no responsibility to make "their property safe" for people that should not be on their property.

I want to be able to put land-mines on my property. If you step on one, it's on you man. You are illegally on my property.

The home owner did everthing witin reason to prevent this from happening. The parents are retarded for failing those kids so badly that the kids lacked any kind of self preservation.
