The underwater robber decked out in diving gear swam up to the Paddlefish restaurant - a modern steamboat replica on the water - tied up two employees, stole $20,000, then escaped with the cash, according to police. The frogman thief is still on the run after targeting the restaurant at around midnight on Monday. The suspect was covered from head to toe, a CCTV image shows, and was dressed in a black wetsuit with goggles, a swimming cap and rubber gloves.
