A little background here, and it is NOT meant to be a defense of jew-owned cops.

Up until July of last year evicting squatters from your home in Florida was a civil matter and would take years to make it through the courts and tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees. It was a massive problem all over the state.

The state passed a law making all instances of squatting a criminal offense (criminal trespass) and homeowners can now call the local police or county sheriff department to evict them. The police and sheriff deputies now respond directly to homeowner calls and immediately evict squatters from the property. It has done a lot to alleviate the problem, but it is an ongoing issue.

Because a large majority of owners happen to be jews, so they had to pass a law to easily evict squatters from their vacant properties.

I'm not sure where you're getting that info. Not that I'm saying you're wrong, but I personally know several people who've had to deal with this and not a single one is jewish. Most are older people who only come to Florida in "season."

That being said, the Florida legislature is completely jewed, so it wouldn't surprise me.

As an Aryan rental owner with quite a few properties, I applaud the law becuase I have had issues myself, though in other states. Fucking freeloaders move in over the weekend when a tenant moves out and you can't legally get them out till after your next tax bill or two is due and you spend a lot of money on legal fees.

I know people who were foreclosed upon becuase that was their source of income, and they were fucked long enough to have the banks reposses.

I personally don't fuck around when it comes to that, I will leave my successful solutions up to your imagination.

The wife and I have owned and rented properties in several states as well. We've only had an issue with a bad tenant once, and it was resolved amicably. We've been gradually selling off properties as we get older because it's a lot of effort and we're getting tired of it.
