Mao in voting shouldn't exist. Neither should universal suffrage. They are linked. If you're not here in civilization your vote is controlled by whoever is communicating to you. If you're here and can't physically vote, you shouldn't vote.
This whole concept we are a democracy must end.
Mail in does have a lot of problems, but I've used it when I knew I wasn't going to be in the area on election day.
It has uses, but they should be limited to as needed.
In a world where voting matters, it's not important enough to plan around for participation? People plan for the cable guy.
I honestly cannot think of a singular legitimate case for mail in voting. Convenience isn't one of them. Not even for out of country service men. As, imoho, they shouldn't be voting anyways.
Sometimes my job doesn't give me the choice, so I avail myself of other options.
That is different than what these states did (maybe not Florida) they mass mailed ballots out to everyone without cleaning or auditing their voting rolls first. That mixed with ballot harvesting of homeless etc. Stole the election.
