And my state in Australia has 'Permanent' protections against lockdowns and mandates that have been in force since 2006 that were voted on by a full session of parliament

It didnt stop them completely overriding those 'permanent' protections by one pedophiles mandate.

tl;dr there is literally no such thing as a permanent legal protection. none.

If they can vote it in, someone can come along later and vote it out.

We have the Constitution and Bill of Rights here. The communists will try to circumvent them but the courts will eventually find their attempts are unconstitutional. All it takes here is someone willing to push back against the communist infiltrators in a court of law ... and time.

Somehow, electoral fraud (at lower court levels) doesn't get resolved as easily. Kari Lake will take it to the Supreme Court if necessary. In time, the AZ elections should be decertified.

I was playing with geospatial locations, "antipodes" last night, it turns out Augusta, Australia is the closest city to the exact opposite position on the earth from where I live.here in America. All my life I thought China was in the opposite location of the USA.

Well my point was that they dont even need to vote it out. That legislation i talked about must be voted out for it to be removed as a law.

A parliamentary law debated and voted on by a full bipartisan parliamentary session cannot by any stretch of the imagination be overridden by a single persons mandate

No different from me say, winning a billion dollar powerball, spending money on a campaign to get elected, then when i get elected saying 'I declare that anyone who does not have red hair needs to be quarantined and dealt with'

our law specifically says 'victorians have the right to leave, return, travel and live wherever they like in the state' 'victorians have the right to peaceful public assembly' 'victorians have the right to choose and refuse medical treatments' one mans mandate cannot possibly say 'nah not today'. Any member of parliament *voting for an extension on an illegal mandate is not legalising the mandate, they are committing conspiracy to commit treason, as are any judges ruling on the side of that illegal mandate.

The moment the police started enforcing the mandates, they became a criminal organisation. The moment judges began siding with the police and convicting people for breaching the mandates they became a criminal organisation. Both of those groups, by the nature of their work, do not have plausible deniability. Their job was literally to say no and arrest the politicians and judges attempting to enter mandates. Not that they were ever going to do that, given that all three groups have the same Masonic/Satanic masters.

We are 'the sovereign' in this country, not parliament. and no, that has literally nothing to do with 'sovereign citizens' we are quite literally the legal sovereigns in this country and have been since since the legislation of the Australia Act 1986 which removed the right of anyone to override the High Court of Australia by appealing to the Privy Council in the UK. If her maj isnt the sovereign and our country is a democracy we are the sovereign.

If her maj isnt the sovereign

King Charles has pronouns?! Just kidding!. After referring to "Her Majesty" all of your life I can understand. Thanks for the tutorial on Aussie Law. I wasn't aware of the details. I feel bad for you folks, all the bullshit they have forced upon the people.

Principally, you're correct. That is how the system should work..But you know as well as I do that the courts have been stacked with judicial activist faggots whose first loyalty is to their cult, not to the constitution.

Of course, Trump did a great job of appointing a shit ton of federal judges and then, of course, his work on the SCOTUS appointments. Not that they have ruled correctly in all cases.. their ruling on vax madates was pretty half-assed and very disappointing.. but they got the abortion issue correct, which is huge. In any case, he set back the marxist agenda substantially with his federal court appointments.

People around here tend to forget that shit, but it really is important that he did that and it will have positive effects for at least 1 or 2 generations.

He wasn't a perfect man by any stretch, but I love him and want him back.

Appeal, appeal, appeal ... To get past the activist courts.
