That is how the system *should* work..But you know as well as I do that the courts have been stacked with judicial activist faggots whose first loyalty is to their cult, not to the constitution. Of course, Trump did a great job of appointing a shit ton of federal judges and then, of course, his work on the SCOTUS appointments. Not that they have ruled correctly in all cases.. their ruling on vax madates was pretty half-assed and very disappointing.. but they got the abortion issue correct, which is huge. In any case, he set back the marxist agenda substantially with his federal court appointments. People around here tend to forget that shit, but it really is important that he did that and it will have positive effects for at least 1 or 2 generations. He wasn't a perfect man by any stretch, but I love him and want him back.
