Vote No. Every toll project becomes a permanent and ever increasing toll. The NJ Garden State Parkway and Turnpike were both only supposed to be toll roads until the construction cost was paid. The politicians have diverted the money and refinanced in order to cremate a legal loophole that they will never be fully paid. They will collect and divert money forever.
