I would say most of it is for fun vs practical usage. But it is cool as hell.
Things I use my flipper for:
- Extra Remote for my Garage Door
- Extra Remote for my Remote Car Starter
- Extra Remote for my Bedroom Light/Fan
- Control any TV in the house
- Use as a display for Pwnagotchi
- Instead of Giving Out My WiFi Password I store it on my Flipper and when people want to use my WiFi I use the NFC function to share the credentials with their device
- Connect it to my phone to use as a remote for taking group photos.
- Some other one offs
