Those things are junk. The chrome is very hard but after about thirty seconds with a hacksaw you can put a good scratch in it and the next stroke the blade goes about halfway through the shit chinesium metal and then you can just pull it right off the wheel.

Still an inexpensive deterrent in my humble opinion.
