The way the system is operating, very difficult to go back to the 80s, in terms of demography. It's changing so fast its mind boggling. It's a combination of all the Asian people in the cities, but especially China, Hong Kong, Taiwan Chinese, filipinos, and Punjab Indians. There never were a lot of blacks except in Montreal and Toronto. They are mostly Haitian and Caribbean descent.
