Nope! And with my age (definitely past 50), unless the commies decide to starve us all out like they did in Eastern Europe, I will probably never have one again. Had it back in my younger days, but like another mentioned, my body fat percentage was so low that I would get the shakes when my body ran out of food. I'm old now and getting older, and life without carbs just doesn't seem like living to me.
You are right in thinking a six pack is from the kitchen not the gym.
If you are doing it for show (for the ladies) getting a defined 6pack will probably make the rest of your body look like a freak, instead work on the Obliques so you get that defined V shape leading into your crotch instead of worrying about a little natural and healthy fat.
No but I got an 18 pack in my car, waiting to be put on ice for tommorow.
so you really have 3 of those 6 pack things
I had it pretty defined years ago but man did it kill me. I raced dirtbikes and my stamina went to absolute shit. In between every race I'd either collapse and sleep or just shove food down as fast as I could. So hungry I would get shakes like a diabetic. I had brain fog at work too it was lunacy.
/fit/'s diet (files.catbox.moe) tl;dr Paleo diet
I've got a 32 pack in the fridge for whatever that counts.
I used to but I've quit drinking.
I've been pretty fortunate, nearly zero body fat, so there's always a 6-pack showing even if I haven't worked on it in a long time.
When I do work on it, I found the best way is to lie down on your back and lift your feet 6 inches off the ground and hold it there as long as possible. Can be further expanded upon by repetitions of 1-feet up 2-feet apart 3-feet together 4-feet down. Nothing burns 'em up like the foot lift thing for me.
I've got a six pack. It's bitching bodacious. I'd like to show it off, but unfortunately I've never seen it, nor has anyone else. But it's there, I know it's there.
