I'll see if I can get someone to record next time. Likely not 355, with DL specifically it's a poor choice to do PRs regularly.

What was your PR before and how long did it take you to get to lift 355?

335lbs on April 8th. Right before I had 5 weeks of shoulder PT though so I wasn't doing anything the involved upperbody besides shoulder specific things with very low weight. I had just done 315x4x4 on Tuesday so I'm actually surprised I hit 355 today. I don't doubt if I was completely rested I could hit 365 if not more. It came off the ground so easily, no struggle or anything.
