I failed to get back on the band wagon today. My wife is 8 1/2 months pregnant I am working 60 hours a week on top of poal and I need to spend time with her. I had intended to do it I really did, this isn't an excuse. Its an explanation. Once I can free up 20 minutes in my day I'll do this challenge. So basically I might have to put this one off until after the baby is born. Figured Its better to be honest than it is to keep trying to do something I know I'll fail at.

What I do for doing pullups is having something in multiple places that you walk by. The rule is if you walk by it you have to bang out 2 real quick. I can't do pushups because my shoulder is not doing good, I could bang out 40 or so in a row but I would be in constant pain for 2 weeks. A little bit of watering goes a long way.
