I know you guys don't care, but I've started my weight loss journey anew and I'm going to post my progress here on s/fitness. I've been going to the gym the past couple weeks and I'm feeling really motivated. Here's my stats, as of today:

  • Age: 30
  • Height: 6 ft
  • Weight: 268.6 lbs (down 1.4 lbs from last weigh-in)
  • BF%: 34.9% (according to my scale)

Today at the gym, I did bench, military press, skullcrushers, tricep pulldowns, and face pulls. Tomorrow's leg day.

I know. I've always felt it was like 80% diet, 20% exercise. I just want to get yoked bro. I'm not really obese in the traditional sense right now. I'm a pretty big individual. Wide shoulders, big thighs. Got a big fat gut tho. I wrestled and played football back in the day.

Pop some tren and estrogen blockers, and eat nothing but chicken, rice, and a veggie. Substitute fish every other day or so. That's how you build lean mass, eat a steak on the weekend. That's if you're going for yoked

Naw, just protein and creatine for me. And a lot of shoulder exercises. Military press, flys, face pulls, monkey shrugs.
