I know you guys don't care, but I've started my weight loss journey anew and I'm going to post my progress here on s/fitness. I've been going to the gym the past couple weeks and I'm feeling really motivated. Here's my stats, as of today:

  • Age: 30
  • Height: 6 ft
  • Weight: 268.6 lbs (down 1.4 lbs from last weigh-in)
  • BF%: 34.9% (according to my scale)

Today at the gym, I did bench, military press, skullcrushers, tricep pulldowns, and face pulls. Tomorrow's leg day.

I f you want to lose weight, it is way better to control your diet.

Exercise is awesome, but exercise is best for gaining mass/being happy

Dieting is for faggots, work out hard enough you can intake and much as you want, as long as it's good intake.

Dont sit around eating potato chips like a dumb nigger obviously

I know. I was something of an athlete back in the day. I wrestled and played football. And I was part of a varsity athletics program that focused on strength training. I always felt that losing weight was like 80% diet, 20% exercise.
