I know you guys don't care, but I've started my weight loss journey anew and I'm going to post my progress here on s/fitness. I've been going to the gym the past couple weeks and I'm feeling really motivated. Here's my stats, as of today:
- Age: 30
- Height: 6 ft
- Weight: 268.6 lbs (down 1.4 lbs from last weigh-in)
- BF%: 34.9% (according to my scale)
Today at the gym, I did bench, military press, skullcrushers, tricep pulldowns, and face pulls. Tomorrow's leg day.
