Great. Your first 6 months you might add 10 pounds of muscle. First year you MIGHT add 16 pounds of muscle. MAYBE, unlikely but MAYBE. That 16 pounds of muscle won't be enough to allow you to eat "fuck all whatever you want". That's retarded for multiple reasons;
1 - you still need to stay within a strict calorie range. 16 pounds of muscle won't increase that range that much.
2 - "fuck all whatever" okay nigger. Go ahead eat (((soy protein))) (((veggie estrogen burgers))) non grass fed milk / beef. your results will start slipping
