Do serious weight training for 6 months. Add lean muscle mass which burns calories to maintain itself, and you can eat fuck all whatever you want.

Probably bad advice since i have freakishly good genetics (30+ years old and still have an over 3 foot standing verticle jump). Honestly though, adding muscle mass through serious strength training is literally the best thing you can do for your health. Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength is the best book on the subject out there.

Great. Your first 6 months you might add 10 pounds of muscle. First year you MIGHT add 16 pounds of muscle. MAYBE, unlikely but MAYBE. That 16 pounds of muscle won't be enough to allow you to eat "fuck all whatever you want". That's retarded for multiple reasons;

1 - you still need to stay within a strict calorie range. 16 pounds of muscle won't increase that range that much.

2 - "fuck all whatever" okay nigger. Go ahead eat (((soy protein))) (((veggie estrogen burgers))) non grass fed milk / beef. your results will start slipping

Strength training is great but waving weights around is also a good way to damage joints, tendons and ligaments.
Make sure to include functional whole body movements. Olympic lift is highly recommended.
