Cortisol management is absolutely a thing.

  • Fix your diet.

  • Fix your sleep schedule.

Listen to your body.

Don't force yourself to stay up unless it's absolutely necessary. Don't force yourself out of bed unless it's absolutely necessary or you're actually awake.

The two listed are the basics of nearly everything health related. The first one about diet will improve the second one. Both will improve hormone management and production.
