Your physical health is everything, its number one. It's your responsibility to make sure you're in top physical form so you can be around as long as possible to protect those you love.

Your body is your most important prep and I find the most neglected by preppers. This prep must be earned, it cannot be purchased.

With a little bit of determination and effort by this time next year you could be a force to be reckoned with. You could look and feel great.

I believe in you, believe in yourself.

Sadly I live in a second-floor apartment, so no jumping or loud stomping can happen. So definitely resistance exercises are doable, but cardio will have to wait I guess

Depending on how out of shape you are something as small as cutting out sugar/soda and walking every day can make a difference, enough to get the motivation wheel turning.

Any drinks you recommend that fills this newfound void?

Diet soda - It isn't great because aspartame can have some negative effects if you consume a lot of it, but it is still wayyyy better than the massive quantities of sugar and calories in regular soda. Plus it's an easy step.

Eventually you want to cut out or cut down the diet soda if you can. I drink a lot of seltzer water myself, and black coffee.

Stop making excuses, fatty. Mini-steppers are nearly silent, water rowers make a soothing water swooshing sound and you can step outside of your apartment to jump rope 5 minutes everyday without anyone ever seeing you.

Yea I'll try those first 2, but that last one idk where you had in mind. I step outside and literally ppl have tables set up in front to my door to smoke hookah and that's basically the whole block

Do it right in front of them, look at them in the eyes while they slowly die from smoking and you get fitter.

take the wheels off your bike and make a wooden stand for 20 bucks.

not a bad idea, except my bike got stolen last week, no joke

In that scenario push ups, air squats, and crunches are your best friend. You can do a lot with the basics and cardio.
